Need help with Word of Life? Email support@carbidecoding.com and include your device model and what you were doing when the problem happened. Below are quick answers to the most common questions.
Why does the game say I'm offline?
Word of Life is an online game — the daily race, Circles, challenges, and its single ad banner all need a connection. If your connection drops, the game pauses and resumes automatically the moment you're back online. Your progress and streak are safe on your device.
How do I remove ads?
Open Settings (gear icon on the home screen) and choose a Remove Ads plan — monthly or yearly. It's also a direct way to support a small Christian-owned business. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel anytime from your Google Play or App Store account settings and you'll keep the benefit until the period ends.
I subscribed but ads are still showing
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases while online. This re-checks your subscription with the store and unlocks immediately. If it still doesn't apply, make sure you're signed into the same store account that made the purchase, then email us.
How do I manage advertising privacy choices?
Open Settings → Privacy options (ads consent) to review or change your ad consent at any time. On iOS you can also change tracking permission under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Is my progress backed up?
Progress is stored on your device and rides along with your platform's standard app backup (Google/Apple, under your own account). Uninstalling the app removes its local data, so back up your device before switching phones if you want to keep your journey.

Found a mistake in a verse or puzzle?
We take Scripture accuracy seriously (verses are quoted from the King James Version). If you spot anything off, email support@carbidecoding.com with the level name and we'll fix it in the next update.
